The following are the terms and conditions of sale.
a) Application to open a credit account must be completed on an official Corecomp Pty Ltd T/As
GD Watermark application form before supply will be considered.
b) Terms and conditions on which a credit account may be granted and operated are subject to change without notice.
c) Payment of credit accounts must be received no later than 30 days from the date of our statement.
d) GD Watermark reserves the right to take the following action against any customer exceeding its credit terms
i) Withhold supply and dispose of stock order held;
ii) Institute legal action for recovery of outstanding monies and costs incurred;
iii) Terminate credit facilities: and GD Watermark shall not be liable to the customer for any loss or damage resulting
directly or indirectly from such action.
a) The ownership of the goods offered by Corecomp Pty Ltd T/As GD Watermark to the customer is only transferred to
the customer when the customer has paid all sums owing to Corecomp Pty Ltd/As GD Watermark
whether under this or any other contract until such time, GD Watermark has a right to call for or recover
the goods (for which purpose Corecomp Pty Ltd/As GD Watermark may enter the customers premises by its
servants or agents) and the customer is under an obligation to deliver up the goods to Corecomp Pty Ltd T/As GD Watermark
b) Where Corecomp Pty Ltd T/As GD Watermark is required to recover the goods from the customers
premises all costs incurred in this process will be borne by the customer
a) Prices may be subject to change without notice and goods will be invoiced at the price ruling at the date of the despatch.
b) Any reference to retail prices are recommendations only and there is no obligation to comply with any recommended prices.
An administration charge of $15.00 will be applied to any orders under $150.00 plus GST in value.
Interest will be charged against all overdue accounts. Such interest to be charged and debited to the
customers account for the overdue balance will be at variable rate.
Returns of stock will not be accepted without prior authorisation, and will only be considered by Corecomp Pty Ltd
T/As GD Watermark if received in writing.
a) A 15% restocking charge may be applied on unused goods sent back for credit or exchange.
Goods will not be accepted for return for credit later than 30 days after date of purchase.
A $10 per credit for processing and handling fee applies for returned goods.
b) Return of first quality stock oversupply, incorrect goods);
Stock must be in original packaging, in good order and condition and be accompanied by documentaton showing;
i) Customer name, address and account number
ii) Invoice number
iii) Reason for return and authorisation
c) Return of faulty stock;
i) Any claims for faulty stock must be fully documented
ii) All items will be subject to inspection before credit can be considered, and accordingly acceptance of the goods
by Corecomp Pty Ltd T/As GD Watermark or its agents shall not constitute acceptance of credits.
d) Return of stock for credit or exchange; Goods returned for credit will be subject to a 15% restocking charge and will
only be accepted if received in original condition.
e) Any claims for short supply must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Clerical errors are subject to correction without notification
